Lead times vary by piece — most seating and side tables are 4–6 weeks; dining tables and custom orders are 6–10 weeks. We confirm your lead time when you place your order. We will contact you before we begin if there are any questions about your specification.

We ship within Indonesia and internationally — most commonly to Australia, Singapore, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. International shipments go by sea freight (consolidated or full container depending on volume). We work with two trusted freight forwarders in Waingapu who have experience with furniture export.

Yes, on most pieces. Custom work is quoted individually — write to us with your dimensions and what you have in mind. We do not charge a premium for standard dimension changes (±20cm on most pieces). Major structural changes are quoted as custom orders.

Most orders require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the balance due before shipping. We accept bank transfer and major payment platforms for international clients. Trade and repeat clients can arrange other terms — ask us directly.

Every shipment is insured and photographed before it leaves the workshop. If something arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will arrange a repair, replacement part, or partial refund depending on the issue.

Oil-finished pieces should be re-oiled once or twice a year; wax-finished pieces need a light wax coat every 12–18 months. We include care instructions with every order. See our full wood care guide for finish-by-finish detail.

Yes. We have worked with practices in Jakarta, Bali, Sydney, and Amsterdam. We can supply pieces in quantity (up to 20 identical pieces), provide CAD dimensions on request, and issue trade invoices. Write to us to discuss your project.
